AD (Amorphous Diamond) coated "G" Mills are specifically designed for machining graphite electrodes. "G" Mills have been shown to be a cost effective solution in producing graphite electrodes by lowering tooling costs and improving productivity. Designed with a Fast Helix and 3-flute design, "G" Mills outperform conventional end mills by providing faster particle evacuation while producing extremely smooth finishes in graphite.
